Just to let everyone know, nothing has happened since TDW's attorney sent the letter and I sent a response. If I had time, I might put something on YouTube. In the meantime, I hope some other enterprising entrepreneur would think about doing just that.

I would suppose I am the latest victim to this scam. I had issues signing the dreaded Terms agreement but I did it anyway. I too am an ebayer and wanted to sell some toys on ebay this christmas. I was to receive 450 to 500 toys and only received 341. Like you the cost was around $7.00 each. The retail value was to be $7k -$8k " LOT 1 ". No way could I sell on ebay and make money. I have caled and called with no response and apparently KARLA cannot email me back for some reason. I have only gotten a name Michael Soloman, as the sales manager/supervisor. I don't expect to hear from them. Kudos for your Blog, and effort to redeem your purchase.
